Booking and payment

Reservations made directly through the Can Planes website are confirmed once full payment has been successfully completed. The total amount is charged at the time of booking through one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

Tourist tax

The applicable Balearic tourist tax is included in the total price. A separate tax payment receipt will be provided where required or upon request.

Non-refundable rate

Direct bookings are made at a non-refundable rate. Cancellations, no-shows and reductions in the length of stay do not entitle the guest to a refund. Changes of dates are subject to availability, are not guaranteed and, if accepted, any applicable difference in price will apply.

Occupancy and use of the property

The maximum occupancy is eight guests unless expressly agreed otherwise. Parties, events and gatherings involving people who are not registered guests are not permitted. Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in advance.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed.

Guest responsibility

Guests are expected to use the house, furnishings, garden, pool and equipment responsibly and may be held responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Accommodation service

The booking relates to accommodation for the specific dates selected during the reservation process. The statutory right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply to accommodation services provided for specific dates or periods, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may otherwise apply.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights available to the guest as a consumer.
